Replacing Faces

This isn't my best PS work, but it will do for a small picture for my mom for mother's day. :) I really needed a pic with the 3 of them at least looking at the camera... which meant cropping and moving some heads. I went with the base pic of my mom and nephew because moving 1 is easier than 2, even though the other pic was sharper. Probably a bad choice, but this isn't for anything that will be blown up, so it will do.
